Take Care of Yourself Before You Take Care of Your Customer

One of the most important questions people ask when they are focused on improving their quantity and quality of business is: “What is my competitive advantage? What makes me unique, memorable, special… what truly sets me apart from the rest?”

While there are no definitively right answers to that question, most people come to some conclusion that customer service is a critical component of your competitive advantage. For most businesses, the service they offer can vary from exceptional to not so hot, depending upon circumstances.

Why is that? Why does the same company, and even the same people within that company provide world class service some of the time, and marginal service (or worse) other times?

The stock market can be a great investment tool, but many people find themselves unsure of whether or not to invest in the market because they are unfamiliar with some of the more common terms associated with market trading. Stocks

Technology Tips To Make Life Easier

I’m feeling good. Actually I’m feeling great.

My three weeks of dealing with neurotic computer systems had a happy ending.

I’ll briefly explain - but first a sidebar.

In my last newsletter, When Your Stress Meter Makes You Want To Scream, I recapped my frustration with the technology stuff I was dealing with.

Since this letter is dedicated to No-Brainer Selling Tips I shared four tips on how to handle stressful situations. Obviously, selling can be stressful.

So what happens - I got dozens of e-mails from you. All but one shared similar experiences, words of encouragement, and some of you even said фен-щетка you changed your plans to buy a new Dell computer.

But one angry dude sent an e-mail saying he didn’t want to hear about my computer - he wanted selling tips. He was so angry it made me angry. Sorry, but I can’t stand being associated in any way with negative people. So I attempted to delete him from my list. He’s not even a subscriber.

Life is too short to be negative. That’s a simple truth. Many of you know my background, but in case you don’t. My first wife Louise died battling cancer in 1982. My brother John lost his battle with brain cancer in 1994. My brother Ray, a NYC firefighter, was killed акустические системы 5 1 September 11, 2001. Daddy, Why Aren’t We Rich? A Stock Trader’s Story

One Saturday morning, while he was sitting at his computer studying the market, David’s 7 year old daughter came up, tugged at his shirt sleeve, and said, “Daddy, why бытовые минимойки aren’t we rich?”

He looked his child in the eye, and thought to himself, what a great question - why aren’t we rich?

As she stood there expectantly waiting for an answer, he struggled to come to grips with the realization that, although he had focused his undivided attention on nothing but creating wealth for more than 15 years, he was still broke.

He had bought and sold hundreds of Stocks and several properties over those years, but had never made any real money to speak of.

He looked at his daughter, and asked, “What makes you think we aren’t rich, sweetheart?”

She looked at him sternly and said, “Because you said that if we were rich, you and mom wouldn’t have to go to work any more, and you both still work all the time.

You said we could live near the beach and play in the sand every day. I want to know what you are doing about that. When can we go and live at the beach?”

There’s nothing like a child to cut straight to the heart of the problem - and what was he doing about it?

“We’re not rich because daddy made some mistakes,” he finally answered.

“What kind of mistakes, daddy?” she asked.

“Why did you do that?” she asked.

He knew in that moment that he had to change his strategy.

He owed it to himself and his family to finally get his act together and make some changes - that was the day the pain of not living up to his potential made him sit down and write out his stock market trading plan…his trading strategy

Anti Hero, Hero’s Journey and Making Good

Specific characteristics of the Anti-Hero are required to build a comprehensive, three dimensional character that mirrors the exact archetype.

1. Ordinary World. The anti-hero is born into усилитель a world of hate, little love, conflict, danger and strife. His survival has resulted on him adopting an attitude of hate. Else, his nature is simply BAD.

3. Moral Code. The anti-hero will (often) have a moral code, which only he can rationalize – he may defend his family or fight for specific causes – when these are apparent, there is a chance that the anti-hero can flip to the good side. Ron Artest Sweepstakes: Part 2

To really tip the scales Minnesota might have to take on Austin Chroshere, one of the most overpaid players in NBA history. The Wolves have plenty of people to send, starting with C Michael Olowakandi. Although adding him with Szczerbiak might be a little too much baggage to take on. A 300-Year-Old Bath - A North Carolina Vacation Into History

Tsunami warnings by 2006

A Word About Dream Analysis And Interpretation
