Just ahead lies a beautiful glen, a large clearing in Чрезвычайные Ситуации the forests of the Soul. This glen is with you wherever you are, it lies just behind your mind, just behind your thoughts, just behind your emotions. This is sacred ground, the source of your true nature. Before proceeding, you must leave your beliefs, your opinions and your Solid ideals behind, for those are the traits of the Ego and the Ego has no business here. In the center of this glen lies a still, mirror lake, a lake that all your thoughts, emotions and dreams arise from. Gaze down into this lake, into the image that stares back in fascination. See the reflection of your true face in all its natural brilliance…

Are you a “Liquid?” Do you experience the following symptoms?

- When you see a tree, do you see living, breathing life, an integral part of something so much more?

- When you feel the breeze, do you experience it as a lover, caressing your skin in a show of intimacy?

- Do you see thoughts arise in your mind, glisten for a moment, then splash silently back into nothingness?

And the most important question of all…

- Always?

Solid people rarely see the subtle. Ethereal people always do. And the Liquids? Liquids constantly flow back and forth between the two extremes. Like the tides of the ocean, they rise and fall according to their own nature. Sometimes

Your Thoughts Yesterday Created Your Today - You ARE a Mini-God!

You ARE a “mini-god.” Close your eyes and let the energy of those words really sink into your heart space. Ok, don’t … I know you are rolling your eyes right now because you don’t believe what is absolutely the truth; you ARE a “mini-god.” I too rolled my eyes a few years back when I learnt that I was a mini-god, also. I Джусер Фит Луганск remember laughing loudly and blurting out, “Yeah right, as if!” But …

Something kept pushing me to open more doors, learn more. There was this gnawing feeling inside me that told me to dig further, keep looking, be open-minded and discover if there is a potential that I could be god also. So, I held the thought of ‘humor me’ and began my search with an open mind.

I already believed that I was a spark of the Divine, but I had never ever pondered the thought of having the abilities “like” God! Having the ability to create my life! I mean wow, that sounds pretty egotistical don’t you think?

Or is it? I mean if we as humans can become like our own earthly parents and do as they do and we are made in the image and likeness of God, and this Grand Being is our parent also, then why not entertain the possibility that we inherited some of His/Her grand genes? Could that not be a possibility? I know the majority of the world says no, but I like to look outside that little box and expand my horizons, and in my writings rattle a few chains and shake some beliefs – that’s definitely in my DNA! Do you suppose I was born to be different? Or perhaps God made a mistake when He/She made me?

Then I pondered the thought that perhaps our parents had been mislead and were teaching us from untruths they learnt. Could it be that our grandparents taught our parents from untruths? Could it be that someone somewhere got the information mixed up?

Perhaps it was fear? Ah, yes that’s what it was! Fear! I was afraid because everyone around me believed lesser than themselves as well. So how could I believe different then them? I would surely be labeled as weird (oh yeah, I already was!) if I didn’t stick with their beliefs, after all I was taught that God was mean and vengeful and for heaven’s sake how could I dare to Ariston BFS 121 entertain the thought that I was God also! I would surely be sent to hell for eternity! Or would I? Who said I would anyway? I don’t remember God whispering that in my ear! Did you hear that? Or perhaps it was one of those human chain games, when a person whispers a story into someone else’s ear and that person passes it to the next person and as it goes on from person to person the story gets distorted but it keeps being passed from generation to generation, down the millennium and as each person hears it believes it is a truth. Is that when you started to believe and own it? When you were told by someone else? Where did this truth come from for you? Have you ever pondered the thought of where did that come from?

Nah, I never believed that God was crazy as a loon and would send my Колыма Новости soul to the fiery depths of hell. Wouldn’t that be child abuse? Isn’t that a control tactic that humans have passed on for generations? Tell a

Words Of Gratitude

A very fast and effective Футбол Новости way to guarantee that you will like what comes back Фены to you is to stay in the mode of appreciation. Appreciation is a pure positive energy vibration that always matches things you want in your experience. (Abraham)

In the spirit of giving thanks, feeling gratitude and staying in the mode of appreciation, I’d like to thank Братья Гримм Jerry and Esther Hicks for so magnificently flowing Abraham into my awareness for so many years. Among the many blessings that have come into my life as a result of their teachings, is an ever-deepening sensitivity to the vibrations of words.

In this Thanksgiving season, when mass consciousness pauses to reflect in a posture of gratitude, we can refine the process even further. We can take our thanks-giving to a new level.

Feeling Words

The vibration of Appreciation is the closest vibration that can be experienced by a human being to that of his non-physical core energy. (Abraham)

When we truly enter the vibration Лег Мэджик Харьков of appreciation, we often feel inspired to use the word “grateful.” I have noticed that this word sometimes creates a little detour in my mind. The Small Retailer's Survival Guide - Part 4 - Customer Service

The Small Retailer’s Survival Guide - Part 4 - Customer Service

If you are a struggling small store owner fighting for customers in the face of stiff competition then, for goodness sake, concentrate on Bosch WАS 2874 BOE customer service! This is one area of your offer where you need spend no (or very little) money to get it right. You are dealing with your fellow human beings who are willing to hand over some hard earned cash for your products, so treat them with respect.

Disrespect “Of course I treat customers with respect”, is what many shopkeepers will say. No you do not, or at least many of you do not. I know from personal experience, and so do thousands of others, that customers in shops are often treated as an inconvenience. They get in the way. They ask awkward questions. Sometimes they buy things and then complain. Worst still, others do not buy anything and still complain. Some customers treat your shop like a meeting place, others just buy one newspaper a week and nothing else. Some of you might say: “look, I do complain about customers, but never on the shop floor and always behind closed doors.” Wrong! Do not treat customers with disrespect, even if they are out of earshot. Just…..do not treat customers with disrespect at all, anytime, anywhere.

Customer Service not Lip Service I’ll give you examples from two large companies where they have decided to instil a customer care culture throughout their organizations. Firstly Dell. Whether deserved or not they have had a bad reputation in the past with some customers. There are many reasons for this and many of these reasons were structural rather than down to the way customers were treated. The result was the same, however with a perception among many customers that they were not being treated with the respect that they deserved. Dell has recently overhauled customer service. As well as improving Panasonic SDR-H280 structures and systems they have taken a major step forward: they have pushed the needs of the customer to the front of the queue. OK, I know that Dell is not a small retailer. In fact, retailing is only one of their functions as they supply many other retailers. The point remains though, that they have realized that customer service is a state of mind. Customers will be talked about in a respectful way, even if they are not in the room. All efforts in the company, from the board room and through to every member of staff and every affiliate have been geared to customers and it is working. I know that there will be those out there with contrary stories to tell and I am sure that they have a long way to go, but I believe that Dell are getting there and will continue to grow Homes for rent in Las Vegas, Nevada, strongly as a result. Another company is UK based Tesco, with stores in various parts of Europe and the Far East. Once again even they would not pretend to be perfect, they do have a culture of customer service which permeates throughout the company. This notion of customer service is not about pretending or acting. It
